Government rates as of 2021 are $96 for a room in our West Wing only, available Sunday – Thursday.

Government rates are not available online. Call 903-665-2513 to book your room. 

When checking in, please present your State of Texas, County of Texas or City of Texas or U.S. Federal employee personnel badge or government identification card to the front desk to receive your discount.

Other items that may suffice include a state or local payroll check stub (most recent) or a letter on your government agency letterhead signed by an executive officer identifying you as a traveler on state business.  If you are on government business from outside the State of Texas, excluding U.S. Federal Employees, you must provide a letter from your agency stating that you are traveling on official government business.

Our front desk staff have a list of current State of Texas department and commissions.  If your agency is not on this list, you must provide a letter from your agency as stated above.
